LSD Oil, Necessary?
Hello Again!
I don't mean to spam the forum with questions but I done some research on what diff oil to use and after some digging all I could find where people saying you absolutely have to use LSD oil and others who just recommended a decent diff oil? I wanted to know because the coupe should finally be getting back on the road tomorrow and during its time off it had a slight diff oil leak which I have sorted, I want to replace the oil just incase the temptation to give it a bit of sideways action gets too great, I want to be confident that I'm not destroying the diff! The person who sold it to me said he suspected it to be a TRD 2 way as it doesn't clunk at low speeds, I don't know if that means anything but its defiantly a LSD. What do you recommend and is there anywhere like Euro car parts who sell it off the the shelf so I can pick it up as soon as? Thanks again! Can't wait to get it back on the road! |
