both oil pumps will work...
there are slight differences in the two headgaskets between 16V and 20V but nothing serious to worry about as far as I'm concerned - here's a comparison picture of the web (20V on top, 16V at bottom) ![[Image: AEU86 AE86 - ]](http://www.billzilla.org/4agegaskets.jpg "AEU86 AE86 -")
