Sorry for resurrecting this month old thread.

Have you considered going brake boosterless thereby possibly freeing up room for a better intake plenum?

Another option would be to go with custom stacks: i.e. long and curved upward and possibly slightly forward and having a custom plenum that sits on top similar to the way the factory plenum sits on top of the runners on the TVIS equipped models.
