nope can't go too big.
some inspiration: this is mounted to my friends hillclimb AE86 (~230fwhp)

for reference the stacks are 90mm high Wink

and the top cover is not flat either.
oh and ignore the red line Wink

Intake wise I'd say 70-100 should do. At the end of the day size will be limited by space... don't forget to leave some air around it as your engine might shake on start up etc...
