What you are talking about is 'twincharging'. This is not a supercharger feeding a turbo. The idea is that you run the supercharger at lower revs, so that at higher revs you can get the benefit of a bigger turbo as you eliminate the lag you would have had by running an SC at lower revs.

It is complicated and I have to say, seriously don't bother. Not worth the effort. If you want to run high power figures, just run a turbo. One does not feed the other. When the turbo is up and running the supercharger is in fact disengaged. You would need an intercooler however you do it, but the complexity will make it very expensive.
