The 4.77 final drives are a great addition to our cars. especially if you are running a LSD with a somewhat stock motor. It gives you much more usable power in the mid to high rpm's.
The Good *Great acceleration *Great Braking *New unit, has not been abused yet. *Is a stronger unit since it has newer materials and forging techniques. * NOT 25 years old. The Bad * Will make a slight noise (This may differ on the installer, but it will give a very little whine as there is more pressure on the gears.) If you have full interior and installed and shimmed properly you will barely hear it. *If not installed properly will be very loud and break gears.
