I boiled it after cleaning just to check it's operation. The black cone should come up and close the bypass hole. Some small amount of air will still pass.

There are no special tips, you just have to:
1) Remove throttle
2) Take off AAV (5 small screws under throttle body)
3) Clean it with solvent, then with water. Repeat a few times. It’s good to change water temperature to make some movements inside during cleaning. You'll se all dirt and black water coming out each time. Repeat until it's clean.
4) Dry it and put just a little WD40 inside.
5) Put all back together. Probably you will need to change gasket + small o-ring. I bought new rubber o-ring and made gasket from special paper.
6) Run the engine and bleed the cooling system from air bubbles.

...and I hope you will get at least 200-300 rpm lower idle.
