86 Battery Problem?

You should find the reason for your battery going flat.
Can you hear the clic- noise fron the starter solenoid? Or is it completly dead, like no lights and stuff? Could be alternator, I had it once on my AE86, regulator was fu****, car was driving fine once its running, but you stop it and it won´t turn over again. Can you tow start the car?
