Those rear chassis legs are actually double items.
Something the factory probably did for easier manufactering but a killer for rust.
The best thing to do is to cut them away altogether and replace them by one piece made from thicker plate.

But that is alot easier said than done.

Th rust at the rear arches is just a matter of cutting away and replacing it with fresh metal plate.
