Question to the self-mapper among us: AFR target ?

Hi

What AFR target's do you recommend ?
I've finally get a hold of wideband controller and yesterday started to "play" with it. I'm using PGM-FI so i use Crome and Ostrich 2.0 for real-time mapping and logging and it works just great.

Now i should decide, what AFR's to target ?

There are plenty of examples on web, but I'm curious if 4AGE specific, does someone have dyno experience and knowledge what AFR is best in regards to power output, safety, consumption ... etc.
