It is done with special software like SoftTH (triple head).
It works like this: ![[Image: AEU86 AE86 - ]](http://www.kegetys.net/SoftTH/diagram.png "AEU86 AE86 -") What matters is your main videocard: that will do all the work for all three screens and then offload it to a secondary videocard (with the other two monitors attached) which do nothing else than display what the main card rendered. The screens itself don't matter much: with that distance you won't see all the details and stuff... So you can just use quite "cheap" monitors there.
