Dont worry about headlights, as XJS said those are easy to get from patrol, rx7fc or 323f mazda as new parts from parts suplier and are cheap. You only need to disconect the little sidelights on the rear and probably on the front. I use rear whitelines too and passed mot without problems with double brake lights. But had problems to pass SmogControl last time (euro1 is the valid norm for AFM efi hachi with cat), so get some fresh catalysator if you worry about.
