JonT,
Yeah I heard about the newcastle option so I checked it out. If booked in lowseason (may should still be low season) and I'm carefull with dates I might be able to get a ferry crossing for around 200 to 300 euros (but tick a wrong box and suddenly the price is 500, these ferry things are weird). Still alot of cash... Then again, if I can find two more passengers who are willing to sit in the tight rearseat of a hachi the per person costs can go down a bit. The expensive bit are the car and the cabin, take a 4 person cabin and things could get nicely priced. Total cost would most likely be around 100 euros per person for a return ticket if we split the cost evenly. Also there is a little issue of the added cost of a hotel.. Ian, yeah its starting to sounds like a nice place to have an adhoc hachi meeting ![]() Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi ![]() |
