Bleed nipples

The nipple seals on the conical part at the tip, if there is any contamination there it might cause the problem you're having.

My advice: make sure it's not the caliper first, then get yourself new nipples.. old ones have a nasty habit of breaking.

Get yourself all the 4 nipples and replace them all, will need to bleed the brakes two.
