Try BRD racing or 3TC garage (forums). Lots of people there tuning the 3TC in various ways and swearing that it'll beat anything short of a formula one car..Lots of magic power and no dynosheets usually.
3TC is a simple old cast iron engine..most ol heaps take to boost reasonably well. They were simple NA engines..with the exception of the 3TGTE (or something like that) from the turbo carina and the 3TG frankenstein DIY twincam conversions.
