I'm using 9.5mm lift cams with HKS springs with followers (buckets) from here:
http://www.arrowprecision.co.uk/shims_stock.php

They also do top hat shims to suit and they are available in 16 off or 100 off. I thought they were real expensive but then I realised I was looking at buying 100 of 'em !
Works fine with the cams / springs and a good price too.
