Found a 4AGE 16V -> 20V conversion - what you guys think?

hey everyone, I'm was looking around the net and I found this a step-by-step tutorial for a DIY 20V conversion just the way i wanted it. But I'm wondering is it this easy? Does this tutorial cover all angles?

I'd appreciate your comments.
