I'm running Cat Cams 9.5mm lift 268 degree with a stock ecu.
I would say these are just beyond what the ecu can handle, the engine will not tick over below 1000rpm
Disconnecting the TVIS make quite a difference with these cams, TVIS seems to strangle the power.
Power is definately up on stock but to get the most out of them would require a programmable ecu.
Stock ecu rev limit is an issue with modified cams. no point in having power band that goes beyond 7700 rpm.
9.5mm lift is too much for stock shims, I'm using an under bucket type.
