12.5bar -> something like 8.34:1 (dynamic compression)
but you can not from a pressure to get a compression ratio. sorry I'm not good enough in English to explain why. the only way to know your compression ratio is to measure the volume of your combustion chamber :wink: The formula to know the compression ratio is: (V+v)/v V= volume at BDC. (396.78cc for a stock 4age with Ø81mm piston) v= volume at TDC. Your combustion chamber in cc (47.24cc for a stock engine with original head gasket) (396.78+47.24)/47.24 = 9.4 The formula for "static" compression ratio is realy easy, but the one for dynamic compression ratio is realy not simple ![]() that why i make this for you: Dynamic compression ratio calculator Enjoy |
