Best way, to strip car apart and dip the whole chassis in acid baths.
Everything except iron and steel melts, that means all plastic/aluminium/rust ... leaving you with "swiss-cheese-like chassis .

I've seen few examples on Exporer/Discovery.
It does great job on rust, on easy and hard to get places
