Lovely bureaucrats, last time I was in Normay I hardly saw any traffic to be dangerous. Oslo maybe, but other then that, try and find another car to crash into lol
 Did tear up Oslo by accident trying to get to our boat. Literally drove up the ramp seconds before she sailed, that was fun  Never to be repeated though.. god we were young back then...
