What wire brings power from the battery to the radio?

What happen if i run 12V through the Taillight Signal wire ?

I think accidently touched the Green with red dots wire with the ACC (through the multimeter and it shows 12V) after that I couldn't start my car, are there any chance I flied the Fuel Pump Relay ? and When key at "Key On" position (engine not running ) the check engine light suppose to come on but it just won't come on at all now, any idea ? Thanks


I'll check all fuse tomorrow
The Green with red dots wire initially was cutted by the previous owner along with the radio plug. I was trying to figure out wires with a multimeter. ( The car works fine before I touched those wires ... )
