I think they claim the first build which was correct since the video is a week older than the other one somewhere in the video they tell it's the second chassis made it's different because it doesn't have the panhard mount. They add it themselve (with aligning holes )

People keep asking who would even buy one of those new shells.
Looks like we already have our answer - Youtubers will buy them for content. If the quality improves significantly then enthusiasts and restorers will obviously buy them, but based on what I've seen so far I'm not expecting the quality to improve by much. |

I still think a track-only car with any choice of engine could be the perfect application of this shell. Starting at a rust-free point and improving it for track from there seems like a more reasonable choice than starting with a rusty shell.
Then again, not-too-rusty shells still regularly pop up for similar prices as the chinese one, and often come with a pile of parts that are needed anyways. |

I agree that currently a track car is the best application for these shells. A not-so-rusty shell may come with a few surprises and you end up with spending a lot more welding and money. What the two videos above prove is that a rusty donor is the perfect source for the necessary parts. I must put an asterisk here that both videos were heavily sponsored and many (suspension) parts were brand new.
