Your problem is that the voltage your tacho is getting is wrong from what its expecting. What you need to do is find out the "spectre" it operates within and add resistorts until you're within that.

We had to to that on our turbolaurel.

Kp62 - 135hp
Ae86 - 135hp
C32 Laurel - 440hp
C32 Laurel - 125hp
