need some help guys

ok this is what I have so far.. car started up and ran kind of good for some weeks I changed the transmission after that I went to pull the starter and sparks came out,( I know i have blown fuses).. well after all that happened I went to rewire my stock gauge cluster and noticed that some lights weren't lighting up.. I replaced all the blown fuses and all the relays and the two breakers... so here's the problem car wont start or kick over, the only thing that starts up is the starter,I can hear the fuel pump, and the gauges. what could it be..
