It's been a little while since you first made this thread. How well is the rear lexan or plexiglass(not sure what they use..) window holding up?

yeah i know, i feel guilty not being on here for a while! Sorry peeps!

I made and fitted the rear window out of polycarbonate! Poly is very flexible and very easy to work with! E.g. cut/drill file etc!
And it can take all the punishment that glass can! Thumbs up! Cost me £40 for that sheet to make my rear window!

Ivan141 Wrote:Awesome car, kinda understated in a good way. Even your stripped out interior looks like it was meant to be that way. Good call on looking for a Kaaz diff. The stock LSD wont stand for that kind of punishment (works fine if you treat it more refined though).

Cheers man!, well i have now sold the kaaz diff that i had fitted! It was a wicked diff and kicked the arse out with ease, but it was way to agressive for track/hillclimbs etc, so it had to go! I rebuilt the std LSD and fitted a 5.3 crown wheel and pinion! You should hear it go though the gears now! Big Grin

Yeah i had to paint the rocker cover to match! It just didnt look right otherwise! Plus i like attention to detail! E.g. Every bolt you can see is stainless!

Thanks everyone else for your kind comments! Very good of ya! Tongue Thumbs up!
