You can back to a similar look by selecting "Display posts in classic mode." in your profile settings:

Then the username and avatar are on the left of the post.
Old colorscheme is unfortunately not available now.

I still need to investigate on the toolset for the mods. Currently everybody is Super Mod and that should allow you to do everything except user management.
