The A6 Celica/Carina topic

Went down to the paint shop, had a flick through the colour samples, found one I liked.

Called 'light greige metallic'

Which turns out to be a supra/carina colour anyway.

Not sure how it's gonna turn out, but too bad, time to get this friggen thing going!

Still gotta put on clear coat, but looks pretty sweet thus far!

More of a greeny grey sorta colour than I was imagining it would be, but looks good.

Can anyone tell me the sequence for the twin headlights?

Outside ones are low beam, inside high beam? or vice versa?

I've pulled mine apart to clean and repaint them, I've got two sets so gonna make 1 good set out of the best bits, and other set for spares. Both sets are in pretty good condition though.

yeah pretty much- outside low/high, inside high beam only.
If you have two sets why not swap them round a bit so you can run all four lights on both low/high!

Yeah all 4 at once would be sweet, but from memory I dont think you can get a wof that way?

Might double check though, could be the way to do it...

Would probably be easier for wiring that way too

Yeah pretty sure its a fail on wofs here in NZ. easy fix with an override switch if you can be bothered. more for looks really.
