Reving/Idle Problem???

i have cylinder 1 at TDC , cams rocking on cylinder 4, and the rotor arm just before tip 1,
thats correct ? but there is also play in the throttle body could this be part of problem? also i have a set of 264/8.35mm lift cams are they safe to run on a standard head or shoud i get upreated springs? |
