RCA or NRCA
Who have RCA or NRCA?

I'm looking for some pics of these to see if i can make a set from aluminum billet.

I need the height and holes positions (specially for NRCA).

Anyone can help me?

Duraluminium billet, coloured, anodised.

I can measure some dimensions for you (these are 40mm thick).
I can also made some (exactly) like these Smile Keep in mind that you must use some steel inserts to prevent suspension bolts (look at original Toyota design).

The RCA thickness must be equal or close to the height you lowered the car.

For example, if i lower my car 40mm i sould have a 40mm thick RCA?

For how much you sell RCA?

It's worthless to fit NRCA instead of RCA?

The RCA works as suspension geometry compensation. This is the reason that recommended thickness is close to height difference when you lower the car. I personally think that RCA can be a little thinner also. Your example sounds correct for me - you should use 35-40mm RCA to compensate bump steer. About NRCA - dig in club4ag.com forums - I think NRCA serves different purpouse also.
My promo-offer was 40EU/pair, anodised, including bolts, steel sleeves and washers (club member preordered these).
Regular price is a little higher (~50EU for such set), the only problem is that I don't support quantities in stock (so I need some time to produce them but that way I can make them with custom thickness and color).
