We sold about 40 sets of the Prothane bushings through the shop and had a couple of groupbuys before. Never heard any complaints about them cracking. Prothane claims they will hold between 5 and 10 years (depending on the usage of course).

Here some reviews of people using them more than 3 years.

Note that they used them for road/track only, I have no idea how they would hold when using them for rallying.
