Had my first taste of Nikko Circuit, which Andy of Power Vehicles has been raving about for ages!! Took a while to get used to the corners and learning what the right lines were to drift it, but loved it out there!!

Managed to crack the exhaust manifold from too much abuse, hence the flames on part of the footage. Will probably get a new manifold made up with spring attachments, so it's got some "give" to avoid it happening again.

Otherwise, the car performed impeccably. Seemed to get a smoother gear change with 75W90 fully synthetic Wakos gear oil. Shame it needs changing after every track day but necessary if I want to preserve the TRD box.

Can't wait for another track event... but the weather's getting a bit too hot now in Japan... Roll on Autumn.
