FINALLY! Big Grin Could not find any time to work on my Rolla ALL SUMMER... so finally - forced my self to get the engine back it to its place... Ofcorse - SXE10/T50 gearbox AINT wanted to fit back into original tunel - so with a bit of hamering / cutting - managed to get back in!

NOPE - never Big Grin Even if its got suspension from S13 - it will never get "heart" from any other car - exept Toyota...

WEll - cuz weekends are the BEST time to work - i took my oportunity Big Grin then no one calls you, then no one comes to garage lol...

Finally - managed to finish cross member for the gearbox - so not it hangs on its own Smile You can see how much and WHERE i had to cut to fit it in (black place near the firewall is sealant over the aluminium wich covers the place where i had tu cut to fit the box in)

Started to work on brakes - its a pitty aint took pics of the calipers BEFORE acid bath...

Had to clean everything really really good one more time with the wire brush after the acid - cuz it rusts instantly after you wash everything with the water! And after cleaning - my new / old toy - powdercoating system from Eastwood! Super thing for home / small basis!

Owen heating 220C ~20min

In the mean time - messured everything for the exhaust header! tomorow gonna get all the SSteel elbows and start manufacturing it!

This week intake plenum should be done already and my custom aluminium tank will be done too! Finally moving on with a bit of speed!

My Drift project - 83' Trueno coupe
Ok, 3 days of work - and Header is almost done Big Grin Tomorow will drill / cut out hole for the WG - and will give it to my welding guy to fully TIG it, then heat treat - and then machine flanges! It came not too bad - but its pretty hard to figure out place for the external WG Sad...

Also - finished front brakes - found a rebuild kit for th front calipers localy - so now everything on the front brakes are new Smile
