yes it is different. there are a lot of differences.

I found the pdf of EU/AU version and the USDM versione here on ae86u.org.

do some research on toyodiy... http://www.toyodiy.com

look up different harnesses, and cross check part numbers. same # means the same wiring, different #, means it likely is different

The EU RHD loom is almost the same as JDM in the earlier years. For the later cars, the loom changed quite a bit. USDM loom is totally different.

What specifically are you trying to find out. I have other resources depending on how much you need.
