hey ivan, I think you will need both the top and bottom one, most of the rust on your car is where those two meet...

The left wheel arch is rusted through ..was fixable, the right rear quarter panel is very rusty near the lights..... I dont know if this was a wise decision, but if you read the auction carefully it says that it's for both sides...I'm so doubting my sanity right now

Hmmm, it looks like he has also the right side with it. You can mail him for pictures of that panel.
 And if you don't want the right side: I know someone in need of a rightside panel.
