Hello from Poland!
Thanks for the clarification and for liking my car Smile I was thinking TA60 was also generalized name for TA62's, since there are only TA60's on this forum, not even one TA62 found here by the search engine.
So i can see my model is quite rare...

Hello from Poland!
Not everyone names it TA62, but there have been a couple of TA62 coupes around here on the forum:

But so far no sedan. Wink

Hello from Poland!
I don't know if I should make a project page of this car, because i don't plan any big mods and restorations in nearest future, only minor repairs and welding the differential. Here are the pics made by the previous owner from the auction page on which i bought her.

Hello from Poland!
Doesn't look it needs welding from these photos, but I believe you if you say it it necessary. Wink

Hello from Poland!
I was talking about welding the rear axle differential, to do have some fun drifting Smile The car body is quite nice, but i found 2 little holes in the boot trunk that needs to be welded, because some water comes inside and the rear window is getting foggy because of the moisture, and moisture inside a car is nothing good. The only other things that need to be fixed for now is blower motor (which probably I damaged by myself with water), and windshield wiper arm, which i can't find anywhere, maybe i will replace it with one from another car, but i don't know which one will fit. Everything else works fine!
I also need to buy new floor mats, i try to figure out which ones will fit into carina.

Hello from Poland!
Let me guess: is it a hole in the trunk on the inner fender?
If so it should be checked if your rust is also ending up on the outer fender. See also my "adventure"":

Hello from Poland!
There's a tiny hole in the upper part of a trunk, near the trunk gasket, that water is slowly dripping in thru it, and another big hole in the bottom of the rear part of the left inner fender, so when i was driving in the rain, the water from the wheel was coming directly into that hole. On the right inner fender, in same place there was also a hole because i can see it's already fixed by previous owner, but it's not welded, it's fixed with fiberglass - probably because it's very close to the gas tank, which is located on the right side. I havent inspected these areas from Your photo: http://www.banpei.net/wp-content/uploads...40x426.jpg , they're covered with a plastic mat, i'll check them later on.

Hello from Poland!
Just realized that in that photo there are two spots of rust: the obvious one on the middle of the inner fender and a tiny pinhole on the left between the rear bench and the fender. The issue wasn't the surface rust on the inner fender but rather the pinhole on the left that was right through three layers of metal...
