Fuel Pressure regulator
I had a look at my stock fuel regulator : It's not attached to a vaacum source . There are only two hose , one to the injectors rail , and the other comming from tank ....??any idea

You could put a t-junction in the vacuum line that goes to the econometer, or just sacrifice the econometer and use it's vacuum line as a dedicated source. It connects to one of the 3 vacuum terminals at the back of the intake manifold. I think that should provide a perfectly good vacuum source..

Fuel Pressure regulator
The hose within the screw for adjusting is vac/boost one.
The opposite is for fuel returning. The side one must be connected to the fuel rail. PS: If you turn the regulator 180 angles (top goes bottom) - the things will be easier
