AE86 seat belts...

Dads Patrol has the same problem on pass-side seatbelt when the car is standing straight and level, both for getting seatbelt down and up, have to nap at it a few times for it to roll back up or down, in our case we just park it downhill/uphill so we can use it, NOW I know what the problem is! Thanks
