Actually I am not 100% certain but they look like works wheels to me.
That was the only car there that day that has that style wheel.
Most of them have the traditional old school speed star wheel, watanabe and rays.
I got watanabe racing, rays, speedstar wheels.

Those wheels are SSR Professor SP1R
Not many wheels are available anymore from SSR but the SP1R still available new
