Well I think its because of the Carb is really dirty. Its really annoying but not costly to clean it. Get some Carb cleaner and shoot it in the buttterfly throttle to do a quick clean up.
It sounds like a air problem. Not much. Also you have to abject the Carb to match to the season conditions of your area. There is a car manual that will example more better about adjecting your carb.
