AE86 HP
I saw a drift match the other day it was a new pontiac GTO(i think 500Hp) against our beloved AE86. it has little less than 200HP. the GTO won the match, bastards!!!

Has anyone heard of an AE86 with over 250HP?

ANy ideas how to accomplish this?

Why not either turbo the 4A-C or do a 4AGE swap. Smile

The 4AC uses the same engine block - buy internals and head and build even 4AGTE. If you want to go cheap - use european turbo engine. The chassis is the same, gears - too, rear end is different but will cary 200hp too (4AC vs 4AGE AE86s).
If you run over 200 hp - you must change gear box and rear end even in 4AGE AE86 car. So don't cry for more - use the chassis and make turbo monster ;-)

Another danish guy has a Starlet EP7 with a 20V turbo engine (AGZE+20V+turbo) that puts out ~400 hp :!: Money is the only limit Smile
