A German currently in Japan

Hi again. After receiving the car, I only had it for 3 days when the head gasket blew. Carland gives 3 months of warranty starting from the delivery day. My insurance was only 1 day old at moment. This is old news.

Last Monday (2 day ago) I received a call from Tokuchi-san, a replacement engine has been found, tested, new gaskets installed and finally placed into the car. It took 20 days to repair it. According to K-M-S and Tokuchi-san, the engine is good. The car will be delivered next week Tuesday.

The repair costs and final transport are covered by the warranty. The first and second transports were covered by the insurance. I really hope that me and my car will come out stronger after this. And I can finally shoot more photos of it.
