It looks like I'll have to do some testing first. I wanted 205s all around because I thought wider tires at the rear would be too much for the 4ag, but apparently 225s are ok too. I will get power steering so I think the front setup is covered. now, for the rear...

With that said, I do remember r888s being REALLY wide in most sizes. If the 205 is similar you should be able to get it onto the 9.5" rims. Just measure across the thread and check if its a true 205 or a cheater.

do you mean 225s all around or are you saying 205 front /225 rear? what do the miatas use for the front?
