An 8 inch rim is the optimal rimsize for a 205-50-15 if you want to extract max speed from it. I'm switching over as soon as I can find some 15x8 high ET rims that don't cost an arm and a leg.
8 inch is just about 203mm so "technically and aesthetically" its not stretch when you slap on 205mm tires. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |
