Larger valves may be quite a different story.

16V Valves....
I just disassemble my ported smallport head. I bought it long time ago really cheap, now I know why Banging head

The inlet valves are pretty much as new, nice and shiny. But the exhaust valves are worn out and the edges are sharp, because they are grinded down.

If I fit 7MGTE valves, will these require bigger seats?

Project AE86 now begun.

16V valves.....
largest you can fit on a stock seat is 31mm intake, and 26mm exhaust. Any larger - especially on the exhaust side could prove to be an issue... if the exhaust seat gets too thin, the seat could possible fall out Crying

As far as getting those sizes... Google search custom motorcycle valves

hope this helps......

whit turbo engine the exhaust is weak point. Need look up some shops if just swap the "atlantic" size valves and seats. intake side will flow whit Boost, the ex is not that good

there is lot option in "atlantic" size on valves but the seat install is not cheap here near me.
