Fuel pump issue
Hi guys,
Wanted to start the car after the winter months and when I turn the key, I don't hear the fuel pump starting to build pressure. I checked how much voltage is going to the fuel pump when the key is turned and that is 2.75. Isn't that way to low? I'm I right that this might be a relay problem in stead of a fuel pump problem. Hope you guys can help me.
