RE: Lower arm hits toe arm on lock...
^Your wheel/tire setup should clear since it's a very low offset, regardless.

However, I overlooked that you're using a power steering rack. Considering this, your steering travel will be the same as stock because the outermost hole on the t3 knuckles is the same length as the oem power steering knuckles.

Manual racks are designed to be used with manual steering knuckles which are longer than the power steering knuckles. If the shorter power steering knuckles (like T3) are used with a manual rack the steering travel/angle increases (also the steering ratio lock-to-lock decreases).

The folks having lca contact issues with t3 outer tie rods are using power steering knuckles with a manual rack. It's not as much of a problem with oem outer tie rods since the rod end has a lower profile. T3 uses an over sized heim joint on the tie rod end which has more clearance issues.

Edit: I forgot to mention that using the inner hole on the t3 knuckles should get you more steering angle over stock/what you have currently. However, the tie rod end will probably hit the lca before reaching full lock.
