cutting the floor to lower seat position ?

As many, i have problem with high seating position in my AE86.

I'm 193cm and when i put seat to more upright position, my head hits the roof.
Beside, i have sunroof which lowers roof a little bit more.

I like to seat close to steering wheel, but extending with adapter/boss kit isn't enough. Maybe if i move pedals toward rear of the car AND extend steering, but than the car would look stupid, entry/exit would be hard etc.

So, should i cut the floor ?
