Seatbelts wont tighten up.
have you tried if you drive the car with seatbelt on and then brake hard
if its gonna block then???? its that stupid  usa style seatbelt i think............let me know

This is an old topic, so just for the fun: my seatbelts are also USDM and have the same problem as well. F**kin' USDM seatbelts!!!
