4A-GE valve shim disintegrated

Thanks! Good news is that I was able to grind open the lifter and remove it. Since the valve still remained stuck open I had to remove the head, and finally managed to remove the valve.
The problem was that the valve stem and guide were full of oil sludge, causing the valve to jam and remain stuck open. I had to use a hammer and pin to get the valve out.
The valve even hit the piston, there are clear print marks.
Luckily, the valve guide still looks good. I will now replace valve, lifter, shim, camshaft and reassemble it. I will also remove all other valves and clean the valve guides.
